My background is rooted in professional kitchens, with experience spanning both independent restaurants and luxury hospitality.

I spent several years with Aman Resorts in Bhutan, where I served as Executive Chef overseeing multiple properties. The work focused on creating highly personalized dining experiences tailored to individual guests.

I’ve also worked in restaurants focused on seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking, including organic and French kitchens .

Over time, I became more interested in bringing that level of care and attention into a more personal setting, working directly in clients’ homes and creating food that is both delicious and practical for everyday life.
