Professional background
My experience is rooted in professional kitchens, with experience spanning both independent restaurants and luxury hospitality.
I spent several years with Aman Resorts in Bhutan, where I served as Executive Chef overseeing multiple properties. The work focused on creating highly personalized dining experiences tailored to individual guests.
Earlier in my career, I worked in restaurants focused on seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking, including time in organic and French kitchens where frequent menu changes and close relationships with producers shaped my approach.
Over time, I became more interested in bringing that level of care and attention into a more personal setting, working directly in clients’ homes and creating food that feels both considered and genuinely practical for everyday life.
